Overall

I captured interview footage, still imagery, branded b-roll, drone footage and voice over with Gordon Strachan for Coventry Building Society at the Coventry Building Society Arena.

Brief

Create a set of production assets featuring Gordon Strachan, former Coventry City manager and footballer, to support a wider Coventry Building Society campaign. The shoot focused on capturing Gordon on camera through interview content, still imagery and supporting visuals around the stadium, while also recording a voice over to be used as part of an animation.

Execution

I was responsible for filming the interview, capturing still imagery, recording Gordon’s voice over and gathering a range of b-roll across the Coventry Building Society Arena. This included branded shots throughout the venue, as well as drone footage designed to establish the location and showcase Coventry Building Society’s presence across the stadium.

The project was focused on asset capture rather than final post-production, with the footage, imagery and voice over supplied to an external editor for the final campaign edit.

Outcome

The shoot delivered a strong collection of campaign assets for Coventry Building Society, combining a recognisable football figure with branded stadium visuals, aerial footage and clean voice over recording. The material provided the editor with a broad range of interview, visual and audio elements to shape into the final campaign content.
